Our design services are available in a menu of
options. Preliminary Design Studies, complete
home designs which detail the relationships
between floor plans and elevations, are suitable
for most lending institution purposes and are
all that most builders need to estimate building
costs. Preliminary Design Studies are generally
half the cost of Full Designs. Full Designs
include foundation and roof plans, cross
sections, and all the details necessary to build
your project.
All designs strive to incorporate maximum economies
of materials and efficient utilization of forest
resources. Material lists are available with all
designs. Consultation services are available to
review designs by others and are priced at an hourly
rate. Our Engineering Department assists the design
department when engineering is required and is
available to assist you even if we're not doing your
